The Votes Are In — Thanks for Your Help!
My speaking website (kentjulian.com) has been updated and went LIVE yesterday. So, some very special thanks are in order…
First off, thanks to Kevin Gainey. Kevin has helped me develop three sites over the past 12 months: this site, KentJulian.com, and speakitforward.com. I’ve learned so much from working with Kevin, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any website or technology project you have. (Kevin also host a podcast for “Free Agents.”)
Second, thanks to everyone who participated in the various votes that I posted all over the internet on the logo colors I was considering. I mentioned the logo colors in this motivational youth speaker blog, but most of the voting took place at 48Days.Net and other places. Here’s the logo I decided to go with (click on it and you can see how it’s used on the new Kent Julian website):
Third, I want to thank all my friends at 48Days.Net in both the Speak It Forward Group and the Write It Forward group. The encouragement and support from the people in these groups has been nothing short of amazing. If you’re not a member, you definitely want to check into this free online community.
Finally, I want to thank Kathy, Chris, McKenzie, and Kelsey. I’m a big-time family man, and my family makes it easy for me to be a big-time family man! I am truly living the tagline of this website…I have made the move to the life and work I love…and in large part, this is because of the support, encouragement, and love that in fostered within the Julian home by Kathy and our kids. (On a side note, I’ll be talking a lot about this type of environment in the FREE Parent It Forward teleseminar on Feb. 2.)
