10 Tips On How To Get Motivated (Live It Forward Lessons In Pictures)

How To Get Motivated

I love my kids! Of course, as a parent, I’m suppose to say this. But please hear me loud and clear…I LOVE MY KIDS!

What’s more, I try to include them in what I do professionally because I want what I do for others to rub off on them. You see, so much of what I do for a living has to do with helping people figure out how to get motivated, how to stay motivate, and how to experience true success both personally and professionally. So, as I help others discover how to get motivated and how to live a way-beyond-normal lives, my desire is to empower my own children to do the same.

With this in mind, a while ago my twin girls—McKenzie and Kelsey—sent me an email that I simply had to share with you. It is all about how to get motivated and how to stay motivated, but instead of sharing its message through words, this email shares its message via pictures. And wow, what a great set of pictures! The humor, the simplicity, and the power of these pictures is priceless.

So enjoy these photos on how to get motivated, how to stay motivated, and how to experience true success both personally and professionally. Be sure to take time to look at each one and don’t forget to laugh a little. But more than anything, catch the message and get motivated!

How To Get Your Drive Back - Motivation Concepts

Internal motivation and drive is a funny thing. It can come and go without much notice. When it does leave you, have you ever wonder how to get your drive back? I sure have!

I have found that figuring out how to get your drive back isn’t as hard as I used to think. However, it does require a counterintuitive approach. This is probably the reason it’s so hard to figure out how to get your drive back once it leaves.

Dare To Be Significant!

Dare To Be Significant

As we start a new week, dare to do something significant during the next five days. As you do, here are two quotes that should energize you and help you get motivated.

“It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.” Seneca -

“I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I have just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.” - Diane Ackerman -

Again, dare to do something significant this week. Enough said…now, go live it forward!

Wondering How To Get Motivated? Just Watch This Kid!

It’s Friday, which usually means it’s time for career guidance that isn’t too helpful, but it sure is funny. Today, however, we’re going to take a different path.

As most readers know, I’m a professional speaker. Additionally, I host the Speak It Forward Boot Camp for those who are looking to get into public speaking. Probably the #1 questions I’m asked as a speaker and as a trainer of speakers is a “how to get motivated” question. Not how do I get motivated personally, but how do I as a speaker get an audience motivated?

I could share a lot of the strategies I use to motivate an audience (and probably will in future post), but since today is Friday, I’m going to keep it lighthearted and just encourage you to follow this boy’s lead. It’s a really fun “how to get motivated” video. Enjoy!
