For Career Coaching: Be fully confident that nothing is required in advance of the 30-minute, free consultation Kent does with every prospective coaching client. Only when both Kent and you agree that one of the Live It Forward Coaching Programs is right for you are fees received. There are no refunds on personal services.

For Live Events: There are no refunds once you register for a Live It Forward live event. The reason for this is because seats are limited at most of our live events, and once a seat is taken, it is difficult to fill that seat at the last moment. If for some reason you are unable to attend a live event after you have registered, please contact the Live It Forward office and we will credit your registration fee towards other Live It Forward events, services, or products.
