Live It Forward LLC was officially established in March, 2005.

Kent Julian, the founder and president of Live It Forward LLC, is a wildly successful entrepreneur who has made a name for himself as a speaker, career coach, author, and leadership expert.

Before starting Live It Forward LLC, Kent led a number of large youth-serving organizations, most recently serving as the Executive Director of Alliance Youth, an organization that serves over 2,000 youth-serving groups across the United States. After 20 years of coaching, training, and speaking to thousands of students and young professionals, Kent has a unique perspective on why so many people lack the clarity and passion needed to find true success and significance. This led him to develop the REAL™ Success principles that he lives personally and now teaches through Live It Forward LLC.

Today Kent speaks to groups of all sizes, including regular appearances before crowds numbering in the kent2.jpgthousands. His audiences appreciate Kent's humorous story-telling, authentic passion, ability to relate, and bottom-line approach. He has become known as the speaker who gives audiences "a rare mix of inspiration, entertainment, and incredible know-how."

Kent also trains and coaches hundreds of people each year through workshops, national tele-classes, coaching circles, and personal coaching. As a published author, Kent has penned countless articles for various magazines and journals, as well as authored, co-authored, or contributed to five books.

Okay, now that you know the promo stuff, how about some personal info. As an avid exerciser who runs, swims, and does strength training, you'll regularly find Kent enjoying a good workout. He is crazy-in-love with his wife, Kathy, and their three incredible children. His favorite pastimes include coaching a local swim team of 160 swimmers, eating sushi, reading, and sipping dark roasted Ethiopian coffee at Starbucks. Oh yeah, one last thing...he's very comfortable with his bald head.
