    Kent…I once realized I was in bad shape with technology when I was working on my laptop. I had my laptop, iPod, cell phone and the home phone all with me on the couch. Yikes!! Sometimes I completely disconnect. I don’t even take my cell phone with me on certain 30 or 60 minute trips around town. I do that on purpose, just to let it all go.

      Me too, Don. One of the things I love about running is that I’m totally unplugged. I don’t even listen to music. I just run and let my mind go. It’s beautiful!
